目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定阿奇霉素中三氯甲烷残留量的方法。方法色谱柱为DB-624石英毛细管柱,载气为氮气,柱温采用程序升温,检测器为ECD检测器,以N,N-二甲甲酰胺为溶剂。结果三氯甲烷检测浓度的线性范围为0.6~60μg/ml,平均回收率为99.5%,定量限为0.98pg。3批样品中三氯甲烷残留量均符合规定。结论本方法简单、准确、可用于阿奇霉素原料中三氯甲烷残留量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chloroform residue in azithromycin by capillary gas chromatography. Methods The column was DB-624 quartz capillary column. The carrier gas was nitrogen. The column temperature was programmed to increase. The detector was ECD detector and N, N-dimethylformamide was used as the solvent. Results The linear range of chloroform concentration was 0.6 ~ 60μg / ml, the average recovery was 99.5% and the limit of quantification was 0.98pg. Three batches of samples of chloroform residues are in line with the provisions. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of chloroform residue in azithromycin raw materials.
