笔者通过三年多食用菌教学活动和示范推广实验,从生产实践的角度出发,谈几点平菇生产中降低生产成本的经验供同仁们参考。1 在满足原料的配比科学合理的前提下,做到就地取材,就地利用,适当地提高原料中碳/氮(20:-30-1)和磷、钙、钾等矿物质含量。2 原料中含水量控制,在满足菌丝正常生长的前提下,尤其在高温季节栽培,含水量宁可偏大些。
