肌卫星细胞是一种肌源性的干细胞,在胚胎发育和成体骨骼肌损伤修复过程中都发挥着极其重要的作用。通常情况下,成体骨骼肌中的肌卫星细胞处于静息状态,而当肌卫星细胞处于失重、低氧等物理环境下或被一些化学药物刺激后其增殖分化的潜能将发生改变。进一步深入研究发现这些理化因素对肌卫星细胞增殖分化的干预作用是通过不同的信号转导途径来实现的。
Muscle satellite cells are myogenic stem cells that play an extremely important role in embryonic development and repair of adult skeletal muscle damage. Normally, muscle satellite cells in adult skeletal muscle are resting, and when the muscle satellite cells are under physiological conditions such as weightlessness, hypoxia and the like or are stimulated by some chemicals, their potential for proliferation and differentiation will change. Further in-depth study found that these physical and chemical factors on the proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cells through a variety of signal transduction pathway to achieve the effect of intervention.
