叙述管内电镀(电沉积)多孔质表面的制备原理和影响镀层晶体结构的工艺条件。介绍应用自行研制的低温液体沸腾换热试验装置、以液氮为沸腾工质测试电镀多孔质表面的强化沸腾换热性能。试验结果表明,电镀多孔质表面的沸腾温差一般比光滑平表面低约3~4倍。与其它加工方法相比,电镀法具有工艺简单、成本低、管内外表面皆可加工等优点,是一种有发展前途的加工方法。
Describe the principle of preparation of electroplated (electrodeposited) porous surfaces in the tube and the process conditions that affect the crystal structure of the coating. The application of self - developed cryogenic liquid boiling heat transfer test device is introduced to test the enhanced boiling heat transfer performance of the porous surface by using liquid nitrogen as the boiling medium. The experimental results show that the boiling temperature difference of electroplated porous surface is about 3 ~ 4 times lower than that of smooth surface. Compared with other processing methods, the electroplating method has the advantages of simple process, low cost and machinable inner and outer surfaces, and is a promising processing method.
