有氧健身操是在长时间运动(耐力运动)中,使得心(血液循环系统)、肺(呼吸系统)得到充分的有效刺激,提高心、肺功能。从而让全身各组织、器官得到良好的氧气和营养供应,维持最佳的功能状况。是一项颇受中年女性喜爱的健身项目,在预防和治疗中女性的某些疾病方面具有一定的功效。因此,为中老年女性提供健身的理论依据,指导其进行科学锻炼,对全面提高中年女性的健康水平具有积极的理论价值和现实意义。
Aerobic exercise is a long period of exercise (endurance exercise), making the heart (blood circulatory system), lung (respiratory system) to be fully effective stimulation, improve heart and lung function.
