目的探讨SiO2刺激肺泡巨噬细胞(PAM)的上清液对肺泡上皮细胞的迁移和增殖的影响。方法采用Boydenchamber系统,观察空白对照(0μg/mlSiO2)和200μg/mlSiO2刺激PAM的上清液(1.0×106~1.5×106PAM/ml)对貂肺泡上皮细胞株Mv1lu细胞的迁移和增殖的影响。结果200μg/mlSiO2PAM的上清液对Mv1lu细胞的迁移和增殖效应明显低于空白对照组。结论SiO2刺激PAM的上清液对Mv1lu细胞的迁移和增殖均有明显的抑制作用;SiO2吸入可以刺激PAM分泌某些因子,对肺泡上皮细胞损伤的修复产生抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of SiO2-stimulated supernatant of alveolar macrophages (PAM) on the migration and proliferation of alveolar epithelial cells. Methods The BoydenCember system was used to observe the effects of blank control (0μg / mlSiO2) and 200μg / ml supernatant of SiO2-stimulated PAM on the Mv1 cell line of mink alveolar epithelial cells (1.0 × 106 ~ 1.5 × 106PAM / ml) lu cell migration and proliferation. Results The migration and proliferation effects of 200μg / ml supernatant of Si02PAM on Mv1lu cells were significantly lower than those of the blank control group. Conclusion Silica stimulated supernatant of PAM could significantly inhibit the migration and proliferation of Mv1lu cells. Silica inhalation could stimulate the secretion of some factors and inhibit the repair of alveolar epithelial cell injury.
