大型双变断面的箱体钢结构与常规单变断面钢结构相比，在等强的条件下具有节省材料、外形美观等优点，但制作工艺复杂、质量要求高。针对祁南副井架的双变断面箱体钢结构的特点、技术要求和质量标准的分析，对从下料、组装、焊接、变形的预防及控制、质量保证等制作工艺进行了介绍。该工程的完成达到了预期效果，获得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Compared with the conventional single-section steel structure, the large-scale double-change box steel structure has the advantages of saving material and beautiful appearance under the condition of equal strength, but the manufacturing process is complicated and the quality is high. According to the characteristics, technical requirements and quality standards of steel structure of double - decked section derrick of Qinan sub - derrick, this paper introduces the manufacturing process from the cutting, assembly, welding, deformation prevention and control, quality assurance and so on. The completion of the project reached the expected results, access to a good social and economic benefits.
