火试法是用直火灼烧化学药品,观察熔融、分解、变色、产生气泡或特异性嗅味等变化,在现场快速鉴别其真伪的方法。近几年,笔者运用火试法对琥乙红霉素片等11种药品进行现场快速鉴别抽检592批次,查出假药相当正品价值五万余元,其中干元以上案件四件。经按法定标准复核,符合率达90％以上。现报告如下,供同道参考。 Fire test method is to use direct fire to burn chemicals, observe the melting, decomposition, discoloration, bubble or specific odor and other changes in the field to quickly identify the authenticity of the method.
