The meeting of the Ministry of Finance and the Fiscal 1999 Revised Issue of Matters Requiring Distribution and Issuance was held in Beijing on June 23, 1998. More than 70 representatives from 42 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and some of the cities under separate state planning attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Keming Sheng, director of the Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance.
