轴流泵内部流动是复杂的湍流流动.基于RANS方程,采用Standardk-ε、RNGk-ε和Realizablek-ε3种湍流模型,对ns=1 000的模型轴流泵在不同工况下的内部流动进行了三维湍流数值模拟.计算了水泵的扬程和效率,并与试验值进行了对比和分析.计算结果表明,在水泵运行的高效段,3种湍流模型计算扬程的相对误差不大于4%,偏离最优工况时不同湍流模式表现出不同的特性.
The internal flow of the axial flow pump is a complicated turbulent flow. Based on the RANS equation, the turbulent flow models of Standard axial axial pump with ns = 1 000 under different working conditions are simulated by using Standardk-ε, RNGk-ε and Realizablek- The numerical simulation of the three-dimensional turbulence is carried out.The lift and efficiency of the pump are calculated and compared with the experimental values.The calculation results show that the relative error of the head of the three turbulence models is not more than 4% Different turbulence modes show different characteristics under the optimal conditions.
