研究了在含碳酸盐的萤石矿物浮选时腐植酸类调整剂的作用。研究结果表明,方解石悬浮液比萤石悬浮液具有更强的对腐植酸类药剂吸附能力。腐植酸类药剂对萤石和方解石表面强烈作用,降低了矿物的溶解度,减少了可供捕收剂附着的活性中心的数目。腐植酸类药剂以离子形式和分子形式吸附在萤石表面上。腐植酸类药剂与疏水的石英作用时,首先与矿物表面上的Fe3+作用,使活化时形成的Fe-O键断裂。腐植酸类药剂对矿物具有强的抑抑作用。用量为0.05~0.1mg/g的腐植酸类药剂可以有效地浮选分离萤石-方解石-石英体系。
The effect of humic acid modifiers on flotation of carbonate-containing fluorite minerals was investigated. The results show that the calcite suspension has a stronger ability to adsorb humic acid than the fluorite suspension. Humic acid agents have a strong effect on fluorite and calcite surfaces, reducing mineral solubility and reducing the number of active sites available for collector attachment. Humic acid agents are adsorbed on fluorite surfaces in ionic and molecular forms.
