5年多来,我们用来自8个无性系种子园的12个基因标志元性系,研完了由风力传粉的自花受精种子的成苗率。平均成苗率为2.5%,但各种子园和各年度之间变化很大。利用控制自花和异花授粉所得的资料,进一步估算了总的自花受精结籽率(包括有生命力的种子+无生命力的种子),平均为9.5%。自花受精多发生在矮树上,高树上较少。对某些植株的部分去雄试验表明,株内自花受精率高于同一无性系的株间自花受精率。根据研究结果,还讨论了与种子园管理的有关问题。
For more than five years, we used 12 gene signature lines from eight clonal seed orchards to study the seedling rate of self-fertilizing seeds that were pollinated by wind. The average seedling rate is 2.5%, but varies greatly between the various sub-parks and each year. Using self-pollination and cross-pollination data, the total self-fertilization seed yield (including viable seeds + inanimate seeds) was further estimated, with an average of 9.5%. Self-fertilization occurs mostly in short trees, tall trees less. The partial male removal test on some plants showed that the in-plant self-fertilization rate was higher than that of the same clones. According to the results of the study, the issues related to seed orchard management were also discussed.
