在国家政策导向及各高职院校的大力推动下,“订单培养”这一人才培养模式取得了一定成效。但同时订单培养在高职教育中尤其是在经管类专业中存在的现实问题也日益凸显。究其原因,有高职经管类专业及其对应岗位自身特征的影响,也有校企双方的原因。通过对问题及成因的分析,建议未来的发展策略从以下方面考虑:高职经管类专业订单培养要选准行业,选择合适的合作企业,并且要使订单培养对企业、对学生有足够的吸引力。
With the guidance of national policies and the vigorous promotion by all higher vocational colleges, the mode of personnel training of “order training” has achieved some success. At the same time, however, the reality of order training in higher vocational education, especially in economics and management, has also become increasingly prominent. The reason, there are higher vocational education management and its corresponding post their own characteristics, but also the reasons for both school and enterprise. Through the analysis of the problems and causes, it is suggested that the future development strategies should be considered in the following aspects: Higher vocational training in order management of trades should choose the right industry, choose the right cooperative enterprise, and make the order train enough to attract enterprises and students force.
