本文采用双波长法激励金属膜表面等高子激元波的ＡＴＲ吸收峰，在非线性最小二乘曲线拟合下，同时确定出了金属膜厚度与光学常数。
In this paper, the dual wavelength method is used to excite the ATR absorption peak of isopipelets on the surface of metal film. The thickness and optical constants of the metal film are determined at the same time by fitting the nonlinear least squares curve.
