鸡腿菇是一种食药兼用、营养丰富,在民间被认识较早的野生食用菌。目前山东省对野生真菌资源开发较多,但对鸡腿菇这一珍贵美味野生菌人工驯化栽培较晚。我们通过对其菌种培养试验,并在本所及东阿、潍坊等地进行栽培示范,总结出鸡腿菇在管理上要求较粗放,适栽原料广,产量高,可利用秸秆、粪草及其它菇类菌糠等原料。现将其栽培技术介绍如下: 一、菌种培养 (一)母种制备采用PDA复合培养基:马铃薯200g,葡萄糖20g,小麦粒250g(煮汁),蛋白胨3g,磷酸二氢钾1.5g,硫酸镁0.5g,酵母片3片,琼脂20~22g,水1000ml。
