目的:探究制剂大黄和山大黄的鉴别方法。方法:充分分析和讨论大黄、山大黄制剂的鉴别方法以及大黄复方制剂的鉴别方法,以企业报批的大黄末作为供试品,在本文的研究中将采用硅胶薄层鉴别以及纸层析鉴别手段对大黄和山大黄进行鉴别。结果:纸层析结果显示企业报批的大黄末中含有土大黄苷一样的持久亮紫色荧光,而大黄对照品中不含有土大黄苷一样的持久亮紫色荧光。硅胶薄层鉴别发现在供试品的色谱中,与大黄对照品色谱相应位置上出现同样的橙黄色荧光斑点。当置于氨蒸气中熏后,原来的斑点变为红色。表明企业报批的大黄末为大黄与山大黄的混合物。结论:以土大黄苷作为鉴别制剂大黄和山大黄的关键,采用硅胶薄层鉴别以及纸层析鉴别手段可以简单、快捷的对制剂大黄和山大黄进行准确的鉴别。
Objective: To explore the method of identification of rhubarb preparation and rhubarb preparation. When placed in ammonia vapor smoked, the original spot turns red. That the end of rhubarb enterprises approved for the rhubarb and rhubarb mixture. Conclusion: Using rhubarb glycoside as the key to identify rhubarb and Rhubarb Rhubarb preparations, the identification of rhubarb and rhubarb by using silica gel and paper chromatography can be easily and quickly identified accurately.
