目的:对甘草液相色谱指纹图谱主要色谱峰进行定性,了解甘草甲醇-水提取物的化学成份。方法:测定甘草甲醇提取物的HPLC-DAD及HPLC-MS指纹图谱。结果:结合文献对指纹图谱主要色谱峰进行鉴定,推断出17个色谱峰中19个可能的成分。结论:本研究给甘草质量评价等各类研究提供较全面的化学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To characterize the main chromatographic peaks of liquorice LC fingerprinting to understand the chemical constituents of liquorice methanol-water extract. Methods: The HPLC-DAD and HPLC-MS fingerprints of Glycyrrhiza extract were determined. Results: The main chromatographic peaks of fingerprints were identified based on the literature, and 19 possible components of 17 chromatographic peaks were deduced. Conclusion: This study provides a comprehensive chemical basis for various studies on quality evaluation of licorice.
