利用光学显微镜和SEM对Ti-17合金饼材中存在的偏析缺陷进行了观察和分析。β锻造的Ti—17合金饼材的显微组织不均匀反映了合金成分的微观不均匀性。饼材中发现的异常亮点和亮条分别是富钛、富钼和铬、锆都偏高的成分偏析。这些缺陷都是真空电弧重熔过程的产物,与海绵钛和添加元素的粒度有关。
The segregation defect in Ti-17 alloy was observed and analyzed by optical microscope and SEM. The microstructure heterogeneity of β-forged Ti-17 alloy cake reflects the micro-heterogeneity of alloy composition. Abnormal highlights and bright spots found in the cake were segregation of components rich in titanium, molybdenum, chromium and zirconium, respectively. These defects are the product of the vacuum arc remelting process, which is related to the particle size of the titanium sponge and the added elements.
