我国的企业内部管理模式是在高度集中的计划经济体制下建立和发展起来的。这种模式的主要特征是注重生产过程,在封闭的状态下从事生产。经济体制改革以来,企业内部管理虽然进行了一系列改革,但从总体上讲,还未彻底突破旧的模式,很多方面还与市场经济不相适应,主要同题有以下几个方面:1.企业的经营指导思想没有根本转变。当前,在向市场经济新体制过渡中,不少企业还没有摆脱原有经营上的“等、靠、要”
China’s internal management model is established and developed under a highly centralized and planned economic system.
