胡居仁是我国明代初期一位重要的理学家,他的思想没有引起时贤们的足够重视和深入研究,本文仅就胡居仁的理学思想作初步分析,以期抛砖引玉。胡居仁(1434—1484年),字叔心,江西余干县人。他从学于吴与弼(1392—1469年),终身绝意仕进,“其学以主忠信为先,以求于心为要,操守勿失,莫大乎敬,因以敬名其斋。”(《明史·本传》)一理气论胡居仁的思想,宗程朱理学,重治心养性。他认为,后世儒者,只有程朱才真理解了《四书》、《六经》的广大浩博精密之旨,因此他十分推尊程朱理学,并亲身躬行之。
