本研究旨在通过观察左归丸对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老大鼠抗氧化酶的影响,从实验的角度探讨抗衰老古方左归丸的延缓衰老作用机制。结果显示D-gal可以造成大鼠抗氧化酶活力降低、肝和脑海马区的P16蛋白表达升高,给予左归丸后大鼠血T-AOC、肝组织CAT和GSH-PX以及肝、脑组织SOD活力表现出不同程度的升高而P16蛋白表达降低,提示左归丸的抗衰老作用可能与其提高抗氧化酶活力和下调P16蛋白表达作用有关。
The aim of this study was to investigate the anti-aging mechanism of anti-aging ancient Zuogui Pills by observing the effects of Zuogui Pill on antioxidative enzymes in subacute aging rats induced by D-galactose. The results showed that D-gal could decrease the activity of antioxidant enzymes and increase the expression of P16 protein in hippocampus and hippocampus of rats. After administration of Zuogui Pill, T-AOC in blood, CAT and GSH-PX in liver tissue, liver and brain were given. The activity of SOD in tissues showed a higher degree of increase and decreased the expression of P16 protein, suggesting that anti-aging effects of Zuogui Pill may be related to the increase of antioxidant enzyme activity and down-regulation of P16 protein expression.
