故障现象:在接入正常市电的情况下,每次打开UPS,便听到继电器“吱吱”反复的动作声,UPS面板电池电压红色LED指示灯长亮且蜂呜器长呜.现象分析与故障排除:根据上述故障现象可知,因蓄电池电压低于最低额定值,从而导致UPS启动不成功.打开UPS机箱,测量每节蓄电池两端电压,其值都几乎为0,说明蓄电池放电过多,导致UPS启动不成功.笔者试着用机械式万用表拔至电阻档的×1欧处,在开启UPS的同时用两支表笔迅速接触一下继电器S2的触发两端,结果UPS启发成功.在对UPS充电12小时后,再开UPS,故障现现象消失.从本例可知,因UPS的蓄电池过于放电,蓄电池的供电电压低于标称值(18V)太多,致使UPS启动不成功.故建议用户在对UPS的日常使用过程中,要对UPS的蓄电池定期的充一放电,否则电池的容量会减少,负载能力变差,重则报废.
