  新型织机的发展趋势,主要集中体现在节能降耗、提高产品的稳定性和可靠性以及差异化创新等方面。进一步创新机织织造工艺关键技术和设备,加快产品的連续性、自动化、高效化和精品化方面的研究,研究改进织机数控系统,进一步实现节能环保,已经成为许多织机设备生产企业的重点攻关方向。
  针织设备未来的主要发展趋势主要体现在智能化、自动化、差别化、多样性、少人化、个性化等特点。在智能化方面,针织设备的技术进步主要体现在如何提高看台率、减少用工等方面。

  The development trend of the new looms has not changed much, which is mainly in the aspects of energy saving, improving product stability and reliability, and differentiated innovation. Further innovating the key technologies and equipment of the weaving process, accelerating the research on product continuity, automation, high efficiency and quality, researching and improving the CNC system of looms, and further realizing energy saving and environmental protection have become the focus of many looms equipment manufacturers.
  With the requirement of high speed of looms, the module block and generalization process of looms are accelerating. In addition, the looms have made certain progress in satisfying the technological requirements of different fabric types and reducing energy consumption. The production enterprises continue to expand the adaptability of the shuttleless looms and extend them to the industrial and special weaving fields. As the global textile industry pays more and more attention to the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection, the energy consumption of textile weaving processing has become an important criterion for customers to measure whether the equipment is advanced.

  常熟纺机公司的参展展品,大部分是近二年开发的,展品涵盖公司三大系列产品。通过不断的技术创新,工艺改进,产品的性价比优势明显提升,并得到很多用户的认可。其中D2658B是去年定型的高速电子多臂,就是为了适应高档、高速剑杆织机配国产电子多臂的需求,经过不断地改进,目前已批量进入市场,前景可期盼。
  本次展会上,公司将主要展出D2861型电子多臂、D2658B型电子多臂、D2869型电子多臂、JL2410型高速电子提花机、S1354积极式凸轮开口装置等产品。
  D2861型电子多臂主要适用于工艺转速在550~600rpm的国内外各类高档剑杆织机,用于织造棉、毛、丝、麻等原料的平纹、斜纹和小花纹织物。它的特点是高效能生产,织物质量高,对环境影响小,用途广泛。
  D2658B型电子多臂是本公司新开发的一款为高速剑杆织机配套的电子多臂;下置式,转速为550rpm,叶片泵润滑。
  D2869型电子多臂是本公司近年开发的一款为高速喷水织机配套的电子多臂。用于高效织造棉、毛、丝、麻等为原料的平纹、斜纹和小花纹织物,最高转速是650rpm,适用于JW系列、HJ系列、ZW系列等各类国产、进口高档喷水织机,采用全自动电子控制、存储方式和高可靠性机械结构,适应织机翻改品种范围较广,新型封闭式回综机构更加美观。
  JL2410型高速电子提花机:24列,适用于喷气、剑杆、片梭等各类无梭织机,用于织造大提花织物,目前针数从5376~9216针。
  S1354积极式凸轮开口装置是一款高速踏盘,采用积极式共轭凸轮。适用上置式、4~10片装,油浴自润滑,全封闭,操作方便,适应织造平纹、斜纹、断纹等造物。
  经过这几年来的开发,公司的产品已基本上能为国内外各类织机配套,满足不同转速、不同档次,逐步进入了高端市场,实现了高速化、电子化、个性化和系列化。

It is characterized by efficient production, high fabric quality, little impact on the environment and wide use.
  D2658b electronic dobby is a new developed electronic dobby for high-speed rapier loom. The mount method is in low position, with a speed of 550 rpm and lubricated by vane pump.
  D2869 electronic dobby is a kind of electronic dobby developed by our company in recent years. It is used for weaving plain, twill and small pattern fabrics with cotton, wool, silk and hemp as raw materials. The highest speed is 650 rpm, which is suitable for JW series, HJ series, ZW series and other domestic and imported high-grade water jet looms. It adopts full-automatic electronic control, storage mode and high reliability mechanical structure to adapt to a wide range of loom transformation varieties, and the new fully enclosed reversing mechanism is more beautiful.
  JL2410 high speed electronic jacquard machine: 24 rows, suitable for air jet, rapier, shuttle and other kinds of shuttleless loom, used for weaving large jacquard fabric, the gauge is 5,376 -9,216 needles.
  S1354 positive cam opening equipment: It is a kind of highspeed shedding cam. It adopts the positive conjugate cam. The mount method is in high position with 16 lifting units, oil bath self-lubricating, totally closed, easy to operate, and suitable for weaving plain, twill, satin and other fabrics.

  本届展会上,日发纺机主要展出34寸单面机(RFSK34*40G*102F)、34寸双面机(RFDK34*32G*108F)、无缝内衣机(RFSM20-14-28G)三款针织设备。
  34寸单面机(RFSK34*40G*102F)、34寸双面机适用于棉纱、混纺、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氨纶等各种编织材料,降低整机高度,更符合亚洲人操作习惯。
  34寸单面机织物细密,纹路清晰,手感细腻,广泛应用于高档服装面料。该机采用40G针 细针距,1英寸3路,中央升降调整系统能方便、快速调节织物克重。浸油式齿轮传动设计。它具有自主知识产权的独特单面喂纱嘴,并已申请国家专利,其特点:由传统的针舌关闭动作时使氨纶纱进入针钩的方式来添加氨纶纱,改成由针钩直接织入毛坯布,减少氨纶纱线纤维的破坏和磨损,织布时氨纶纱不容易断纱和磨损产生的织物起球,同时也减轻针舌磨损,延长织针的使用寿命。34寸双面机(RFDK34*32G*108F)双面机采用32G针 细针距、多路数设计,配置上二下四 6个跑道,上下浸油式齿轮传动设计。采用德国钢丝跑道结构设计,减少摩擦,减低运转负载,使设备获得更高运行精度,更加平稳、更加稳定,延长使用寿命。
  RFSM20型无缝内衣机依托智能化的氨纶控制系统,配以高针距编织部件所生产的裸氨面料具有质地柔软,手感细腻、滑爽,光泽亮丽。该设备可配置机联网云平台,通过无线终端实现车间的智能化、网络化管理,融合车间运行监控、云端管理、数据分析、智能生产技术,结合远程移动终端(电脑、手机)操控,全面提高用户信息化管理水平。
  At this exhibition, Rifa Textile Machinery will mainly exhibit three knitting equipment: 34-inch single-sided machine (RFSK34 * 40G * 102F), 34-inch double-sided machine(RFDK34 * 32G * 108F), seamless underwear machine(RFSM20 - 14 - 28G).
  The 34-inch single-sided machine (RFSK34 * 40G * 102F) and 34-inch double-sided machine are suitable for all kinds of woven materials such as cotton yarn, blended fabric, polyester, nylon, acrylic, spandex, etc., which reduces the height of the whole machine and is more in line with Asian operating habits.
  The 34-inch single-sided woven fabric is fine, with clear lines and delicate touch, and is widely used in high-end apparel fabrics. The machine adopts 40G needle, fine gauge and 1 inch 3 way. The central lifting adjustment system can adjust the fabric weight easily and quickly. Oil-immersed gear transmission design. The machine has a unique single-sided feeding nozzle with independent intellectual property rights, and has applied for national patents. Its characteristics are as follows: the traditional spandex mean of enabling the spandex to enter into the pinhook in the needle latch closing movement has been changed. At present, the pinhook can weave the blank cloth directly, so as to reduce the damage and abrasion of the fibers of spandex yarn. In weaving, the spandex yarn is not easily to have broken yarn and pill with the fabrics generated by abrasion. Meanwhile, the abrasion of the needle latch can also be relieved, so as to prolong the service life of the needle latch. The 34-inch double-sided machine (RFDK34 * 32G * 108F) adopts 32G needle, fine gauge and multi-channel design. It has a total of six routes, with two at the upper side and four at the lower side. In addition, it has the oil-immersion gear transmission design at both upper and lower sides. The German steel wire track structure design reduces friction and reduces the running load, so that the equipment can obtain higher running precision, be more stable, and prolong the service life.
  The RFSM20 seamless underwear machine relies on the intelligent spandex control system, and the bare ammonia fabric produced by the high-pitch knitted parts has soft texture, delicate hand feeling, smooth and lustrous. The device can be configured with a machine-networked cloud platform, realizes intelligent and networked management of the workshop through wireless terminals, integrates workshop operation monitoring, cloud management, data analysis, intelligent production technology, and combines remote mobile terminals (computer, mobile phone) control to comprehensively improve user information management level.
