1985年的西方五国财长会议,达成了所谓的“普拉撒协议”以后,日元对美元的汇率迅猛上升。截止1988年4月,日元总升值幅度已达90.0%,其来势之猛,令日本朝野大为震惊。日元的大幅度升值,使日本经济出现了严重的萧条,更给了日本企业以直接的打击,企业经营陷入了困境。但是,当日本企业界发觉这次日元升值不同于过去历次,不仅来势迅猛,且亦非短暂现象时,便下决心,在政府宏观政策诱导下,发挥主观能动性,采取了各种应对措施,改变经营战略,很快闯出了难关,并取得了新的发展。这些措施主要有以下几点: 一、扩大对外直接投资,进行海外现地生产
After the 1985 meeting of the finance ministers of the five western countries reached the so-called “Prassa Agreement,” the exchange rate of the yen against the U.S. dollar rose rapidly.
