一、土块返青法:在田间取样段试验4个重复,带土取麦苗,土块为30×30厘米,深15-20厘米,移置略高0℃环境中,解冻后放入普通室温有光亮的房间,15天后计算每个土块的麦苗死亡百分数,求出4个重复平均百分数。此法可以诊断和预报小麦越冬状况,宜在后冬(早春)采用。二、短期速测法:田间对角线每隔50-100米取麦苗30-50株,放在室温中解冻30-90分钟,然后冲掉土壤,剪掉根和叶,留下分蘖节以上1-1.5厘米。放在250-500毫升的玻璃杯中,底部放水浸的棉花或滤纸,玻璃杯上加盖,放在24-26℃下12-16小时,活的植株分生组织可增长3-15毫米;死株不增长;弱株增长很少(3毫米以下)。
