有效的薪酬管理模式对于提升企业的竞争力具有巨大的推动作用。本文以A公司为案例,发现它在薪酬管理过程中存在工资结构不合理、缺乏竞争性和公平性以及考核体系不完善等问题,并针对这些问题,建议A公司改善原有的不合理的薪酬模式,通过优化薪酬结构、建立“对内公平、对外有竞争力”的薪酬体系和完善的绩效考核体系等方式建立科学合理的薪酬模式,增强员工之间的凝聚力,促进公司目标的实现。
Effective salary management model has a huge role in promoting the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper takes Company A as a case and finds that there are some problems such as unreasonable wage structure, lack of competitiveness and fairness and imperfect appraisal system in the process of salary management. In view of these problems, it is suggested that Company A should improve its original unreasonable salary Model to establish a scientific and reasonable salary model by optimizing the remuneration structure, establishing a “compensation system with fair internal and external competitiveness” and a sound performance appraisal system to enhance the cohesion among employees and promote the realization of the Company’s goals .
