课题组对云南省中医学院、云南省曲靖市麒麟区职业技术学校的医学、药学、护理学等专业学生进行研究发现:简单的听、说、识记等传统教育模式不适合职业技术院校学生,不适合于医学类学生。这类学生有较强的实作能力,传统教学模式不利于他们将理论知识内化为实际能力。在我们选取的研究对象班级中实施了学生参与式教学之后,学生的学习主动性显著增强,对学科专业知识在实践性工作中的运用更为灵活熟练,学生学习动机明显提升。
The research group conducted a study on medical, pharmacy, nursing and other professional students in Yunnan Medical College, Qilin Polytechnic in Qujing City, Yunnan Province. The study found that traditional modes of education such as simple listening, speaking and memorizing are not suitable for vocational and technical college students , Not suitable for medical students. Such students have strong ability to practice, the traditional teaching mode is not conducive to their internalization of theoretical knowledge into practical ability. After the implementation of the participatory teaching in our selected class of subjects, the students ’motivation to learn is significantly enhanced, their use of academic expertise in practical work is more flexible and proficient, and the motivation of students’ learning is obviously improved.
