隧道防灾通风控制系统是隧道监控的重点,它直接决定隧道列车行驶安全性和舒适性,起到稀释有害气体和污染物质浓度的作用,对隧道的行车安全、运营管理质量以及隧道运营成本有直接影响。本文以兰渝铁路防灾工程为例,总结了新建铁路新增防灾系统中电力专业进行的射流风机施工工法。随着铁路的迅速发展,在建设铁路会遇到过长的隧道,如本文所介绍的兰渝铁路中最长的隧道达28公里,由于隧道过长导致列车行驶排放的污染物,因此必然会涉及新建铁路防灾系统中射流风机施工,射流风机的特点是将隧道外的部分新鲜空气从风机一端吸入,经叶轮加速后,由风机的另一端高速射出,这部分带有较高动能的高速气流将能量传送给隧道内的其他气体,隧道内获得能量的压气,从而推动隧道内的空气顺风机喷射气流方向流动,起到稀释有害气体和污染物质浓度的作用,同时在隧道内发生火灾时重要作用。本工法在保证施工时不影响工程线列车行驶,施工完成后,射流风机正常正转或反转运行。在施工过程中不断的改进,已趋于成熟,优点突出。
