本工作对22个合成的噁嗪酮并苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)衍生物在质谱中的RDA碎裂反应进行了EIMS和FABMS的比较研究。可以看出,称为“软电离”的FAB,其能量沉积效率明显低于EI,因而可以得到更强的分子区信息。
In this work, we compared the RDA fragmentation reactions of 22 synthetic oxazinon-benzothiazepine derivatives in mass spectrometry with EIMS and FABMS. It can be seen that the FAB, called “soft ionization”, has a significantly lower energy deposition efficiency than EI and therefore gives more information about the molecular region.
