中国工程建设标准化协会第五届会员代表大会于1999年11月19～21日在江苏省南京市隆重召开。来自国务院各有关部门,各省、自治区,直辖市建设主管部门,部分勘察设计,施工,科研,大专院校等单位的126名代表出席了会议。会议完成了预定的任务,选举产生了新一届理事会,讨论了理事会工作要点,指明了今后努力方向。这是一次团结的大会,胜利的大会,预示着我国工程建设标准化事业随着21世纪的到来,将迎来又一个春天。本刊在1999年第6期对会议作了概要报道,现将会议文件做较系统的介绍,以使读者对工程建设标准化工作的发展获得较深入的了解。
The Fifth Congress of China Association of Engineering Construction Standardization was held grandly on November 19-21, 1999 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. 126 representatives from departments of the State Council, departments in charge of construction in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and some units in survey and design, construction, scientific research and tertiary institutions attended the meeting. The meeting completed the scheduled tasks, elected a new council, discussed the work of the council, pointed out the direction of future efforts. This is a united conference and a victory conference, which indicates that the standardization of engineering construction in our country will usher in another spring with the advent of the 21st century. The publication in the 6th of 1999 made a summary report of the meeting, the meeting documents are now more systematic introduction, so that readers of the standardization of construction work to get a better understanding of the development.
