To date, there is no report on the in vitro response of Plasmodium vivax T lymphocytes to Plasmodium antigens in vitro. The authors divided the observers into two groups: the control group from non-endemic areas in Europe and the United States, the acute group with acute infection, the immunocompromised group without clinical onset in five years and the chronic group with more than three episodes of Plasmodium vivax in the past two years. The leukocyte migration inhibition test (LMI) was used to detect the human specific T lymphocyte response to Plasmodium vivax antigen and the correlation between the percent inhibition of movement in some subjects and the hemagglutinating antibody in serum was observed. Add anti-malaria antigen leukocyte migration inhibition test
