每届升入初三的学生中各班总有少数学生,他们在初二的期末考试6门考试科目总分不超过150分,多门学科只得个位数。他们经过多年的失败打击,对学习不感兴趣,心灰意冷;他们经历多年的挫折折磨,自我效能感很低,消极度日;他们经受多年的冷嘲热讽,对别人缺乏信心,孤僻自怜,我把他们称之为超级学困生。我连续多年担任初三思想品德学科教学,每年遇到他们,总有一种信念驱使我走近和走进他们,去唤醒他们的自尊,点燃他们的希望,改善他们的现状。当2011年6月我看
There are always a few students in each class of the students who have advanced to the third grade in each class. Their total scores of the six examination subjects in the final exam are not more than 150 points. There are only single digits for many subjects. After years of failures, they were not interested in learning. They were disheartened; they experienced many years of frustration, they had low self-efficacy, and they were passive. They suffered from years of cynicism, lack of confidence in others, and a sense of self-reliance. Call them super students. I have been teaching for the third year of ideological and moral education for many years. When I meet them every year, there is always a belief that drives me to approach and enter them to awaken their self-esteem, ignite their hopes, and improve their status quo.
