对於创业板，我国尚未制定具体的政策规定，但大致的政策倾向已比较清晰。主要有以下几条相关政策： 实行注册制。高科技企业包括中小型、新兴和具有发展潜力的高科技企业，只要符合上市条件均可申请上市，上市标准在股本规模、业绩要求、发行人要求等方面均不同於主板市场。
