广州蓄能水电厂结合本厂实际，引进法国电力公司设备维修管理经验，形成了一套适合于减人增效，提高劳动生产率和设备维修质量的ＡＢＣ制度，在生产实践中发挥了很好的作用。在此，叙述了如何用ＡＢＣ制度对电厂设备维护和检修进行标准化、规范化、制度化的科学管理，以避免部分较高检修技术只有少数人掌握的弊端，并对ＡＢＣ制度的定义、编码原则、建立过程和实施方法进行了详细的描述。该方法正拟在广东省发供电企业逐步推广。
