用花粉管通道技术向大豆导入抗SMV(大豆花叶病毒)的品种间、种间以及属间材料DNA,结合常规育种程序,培育出抗病丰产品系。抗病性鉴定结果表明,获得的抗性是遗传稳定的。与对照相比,在保证和提高原品种丰产性水平前提下,水平抗性明显提高;同一品系对SMV的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ不同毒系抗性水平有差异。讨论认为,用外源DNA导入技术创造和培育抗SMV大豆种质和品种的途径是可取的。
Introducing anti-SMV (soybean mosaic virus) varieties, interspecific and inter-genomic materials DNA into soybean by using pollen tube channel technology and combining with conventional breeding program, a series of lines with high disease resistance were cultivated. The results of disease resistance identification showed that the resistance obtained was genetically stable. Compared with the control, the level of resistance was significantly improved under the premise of ensuring and improving the high yield of the original varieties. The same strain had different resistance levels to different strains of SMV Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Discussion that, using foreign DNA introduction of technology to create and cultivate anti-SMV soybean germplasm and varieties of ways is desirable.
