中棉所45是由中国农科院棉花研究所、中国农科院生物技术研究所将Bt+CpTI双价抗虫基因导入晋95-1选系961027选育而成的优良品种,原名:中221、ZGK9822。2003年通过国家品审会审定,审定编号为国审棉2003002。审定意见:经审核,该品种符合国家棉花品种审定标准，通过审定。建议加强原种生产和良种繁育工作，适宜在河南、山东、河北南部、江苏北部和安徽北部棉区作麦棉两熟春套品种种植，应按照农业转基因生物安全证书允许的范围推广。
