目的:探讨首发精神分裂症患者治疗前后精神症状与D-二聚体(D-Dimer,D-D)和纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fib)的相关性。方法 :选择2015年1月—2016年12月收治的首发精神分裂症患者81例为观察组,分别测定治疗前、治疗4周后D-D、Fib含量,同时采用阳性与阴性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)评估其精神症状。另选择同期无精神疾病和重大躯体疾病的健康体检者64例为对照组。结果:首发精神分裂症患者组治疗前D-D含量(233.95±242.06)μg/L,治疗后D-D含量(184.70±179.58)μg/L,显著高于对照组(81.34±75.94)μg/L(P<0.01)。治疗前Fib含量(2.62±0.49)g/L,治疗后Fib含量(2.64±0.52)g/L,低于对照组(2.90±0.66)g/L(P<0.01)。D-D治疗后与治疗前相比显著下降(P<0.05)。Fib治疗后与治疗前相比无明显变化(P>0.05)。治疗后PANSS量表各分值有明显下降,其中P分值、S分值、总分变化差值与D-D变化具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:首发精神分裂症患者治疗后D-D的含量随症状改善明显下降。PANSS量表中P分值,S分值及总分的降低与D-D降低存在正相关。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between psychiatric symptoms and D-dimer (D-D) and fibrinogen (Fib) in patients with first-episode schizophrenia before and after treatment. Methods: A total of 81 schizophrenia patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group. Conclusion: The first-episode schizophrenia patients treated with D-D content decreased significantly with the improvement of symptoms. PANSS scale P score, S score and the total score decreased and D-D decreased there is a positive correlation.
