应用电感耦合等离子体—原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铝-锡-锆-钼-铬中间合金中铝、锡、钼、锆、铬、铁、硅七种元素的含量。确定了仪器的最佳分析条件:射频功率为1 150 W,观察高度为12 mm,辅助气流量为0.85 L/min。对分析线的选择、铝基体的干扰、样品的预处理过程进行了研究。采用基体匹配的方法消除基体干扰。经试验,该方法的回收率在94.9%~105.6%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=11)为0.3%~2.7%。对分析结果与化学湿法分析结果进行对照表明,该方法准确、快速,具有良好的精密度和准确度,适用于日常生产检测。
The contents of seven elements aluminum, tin, molybdenum, zirconium, chromium, iron and silicon in aluminum-tin-zirconium-molybdenum-chromium master alloy were measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) The best analytical conditions for the instrument were determined: RF power of 1 150 W, observation height of 12 mm and auxiliary flow of 0.85 L / min.
