传统上,在设计有一定厚度的圆盘换能器方向特性时,总是近似采用一维活塞均匀振型,但它实际上是二维非均匀振型.我们研SJH-100型多普勒导航测速声纳换能器时,采用了两维厚向位移迭加模型,建立了计算方向特性的较精确的公式.经测量和计算机计算,证明它更切合实际.这种方法或可供设计水声、超声及电声圆盘厚度振动换能器的同志参考. 同时,本文探讨了铜外壳,声负载及其它声学结构对换能器方向特性的影响,从而提供了修正某些参数的依据.
Traditionally, when designing directional characteristics of a disc transducer of a certain thickness, a one-dimensional uniform piston shape is always approximated, but it is actually a two-dimensional non-uniform shape. We study the SJH-100 Doppler When navigating the sonar transducer of velocity measurement, a two-dimensional thick displacement displacement superposition model is adopted and a more accurate formula for calculating the directional characteristic is established, which is proved to be more practical by measurement and computer calculation.
