文章把对苏北某县的农村职业教育调研结果作为分析的起点,以拉斯维尔的政策分析步骤为分析框架,对近十年来我国农村职业教育政策进行了客观的描述与分析,认为政策目标均得到了较好的完成,但政策本身的模糊性和随之产生的实施过程中的随意性也造成了一些预想不到的结果。所以,我们应加强对农村职业教育政策本身的精细研究与深入思考。
This article takes the survey results of rural vocational education in a county in northern Jiangsu as the starting point of analysis and takes the analysis steps of the policy analysis process in Las Vegas as an analysis framework to objectively describe and analyze China’s rural vocational education policy in the past decade. Have all been well completed, but the vagueness of the policy itself and the consequent randomness in the implementation process have also caused some unexpected results. Therefore, we should strengthen the fine study and deep ponder over the rural vocational education policy itself.
