生物技术的发展使新型酶破胶剂清除聚合物伤害成为现实,同时证实其对油气井增产效果显著。本文对三种新型酶进行评估,旨在找出一种在温度高达100℃的情况下也能用于降解淀粉、黄原胶和葡聚糖,并且无腐蚀性的清洁处理方法。本文除了研究酶依赖的温度、pH值外,还研究了盐对酶活性和盐析作用的影响,确定了每种盐最适合的浓度应用范围。通过岩心驱替实验确定了酶破胶剂对清除泥饼的有效作用,并且评估了其对降解后的胶体碎片的无伤害性。 The development of biotechnology makes the new enzyme breaker clear polymer damage a reality, at the same time confirmed its significant effect on the production of oil and gas wells. Three novel enzymes were evaluated in this paper to find a non-corrosive cleaning process that can also be used to degrade starch, xanthan gum and dextran at temperatures as high as 100 ° C. In addition to studying the temperature and pH value of enzyme dependence, this paper also studied the effect of salt on enzyme activity and salting-out effect, and determined the most suitable application range of each salt. The effect of enzyme breaker on the removal of mud cake was confirmed by core flooding experiments and its non-destructiveness to degraded colloidal debris was assessed.
