本文以热经济学方法分析非稳态工况下余热回收利用方案,确认余热利用系统中,空气预热温度的重要影响,导出优化预热温度、换热器面积等目标函数,用于系统设计。选取回收量为67×10~7J/h的气—气型热管换热器为典型进行研究。西安高压电瓷厂,应用这项技术,实现了由低温领域到高温,由普通材质到不锈钢材质加工制作热管,将间歇窑由传统的自然通风方式转化为机械通风,获得了较好经济效益。
