从坦克现装备改造的实际需要出发,采用矢量控制方法,设计了以高性能单片机87C196MC为控制核心,以第3代智能功率模块(IPM)为逆变器主体的数字化永磁同步电动机(PMSM)调速系统。在电流环中采用PI调节器使定子电流跟踪给定电流,用双边对称的规则采样法生成正弦脉宽调制波(SPWM),将速度环设计成典型的11型系统。
