新修订的《铁路工程预算定额》（第五册通信工程）、《铁路工程补充预算定额（第二册）》和《铁路运输管理信息系统计算机工程预算定额》经铁道部批准,分别以铁建设[2002]4号文、建技[2002]9号文和铁建设[2002]44号文发布施行;营业线施工配合费计费暂行标准于2002年3月6日铁道部以铁建设函[2002]52号文发布施行。为了满足用户编制概算的需要,对原V2.1版软件进行了扩充,同时对V2.1版软件的部分功能进行了进一步的完善,升级为V2.2版。V2.2版与V2.1版软件相比主要有以下几个特点:
