用非水滴定法,Hammett系列指示剂测定了COS水解催化剂表面上的碱强度分布。结果发现,碱金属与碱土金属氧化物对γ-Al_2O_3表面的碱强度分布和碱量有调变作用,但调变结果稍有不同,碱金属氧化物对碱量的增加较为明显;碱土金属氧化物对碱强度的增加较为明显,且碱强度H_0≥6.8的碱量与COS水解催化剂在55℃下的活性有较好的线性关系。
The base strength distribution on the surface of the COS hydrolysis catalyst was determined by non-aqueous titration, Hammett series indicator. The results showed that alkali metal and alkaline earth metal oxides had a modulation effect on the alkali strength distribution and alkali content on the surface of γ-Al 2 O 3, but the results were slightly different and the increase of alkali metal was more obvious. The increase of alkalinity is more obvious, and the base amount of H_0≥6.8 has a good linear relationship with the activity of COS hydrolysis catalyst at 55 ℃.
