[目的]为开展餐桌污染治理,实施危害预防和控制措施,提高食品卫生质量。[方法]2007年采样106份食品,检测致病菌225项,按国家食品卫生标准进行评价。[结果]样品中致病菌检出率8.9%(20/225),非发酵性豆制品菌落总数、大肠菌群超标严重,熟肉制品大肠菌群超标较多,抗生素均未检出。[结论]居民日常生活的绝大部分主要食品及副食品符合卫生要求,但存在污染。
[Objective] To carry out table pollution control, implement hazard prevention and control measures and improve the quality of food hygiene. [Method] A total of 106 food samples were collected in 2007, 225 pathogenic bacteria were tested and evaluated according to national food hygiene standards. [Result] The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in the samples was 8.9% (20/225). The total number of non-fermented soybean products, serious coliform excess, large amount of coliform bacteria in cooked meat products, and no antibiotics were detected. [Conclusion] Most of the daily necessities and daily necessities of residents meet the hygienic requirements, but they are contaminated.
