The size of the community, the cost of knowledge sharing, the clarity of the information, and the cultural norms of the recipient determine the level of activity in the knowledge-sharing and creation of humankind in this era. Knowledge is the most compatible thing human beings have, but to take advantage of it requires some special conditions. In The Economics of Knowledge, author Dominique Foray, a French economist at the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland, states that these conditions are: community-based Size, cost of sharing knowledge, the clarity of information being shared, and cultural norms of recipients. The first condition, the size of the community is very intuitive. Knowledge is different from information, it has human characteristics. A class of knowledge exists only in the brain that understands it
