前门内板是典型的汽车内覆盖件,其零件结构复杂且容易出现冲压缺陷。国内某车型前门内板在冲压过程中出现了批量开裂,采用网格应变测量系统对该零件的开裂情况进行了分析,在冲压现场对易开裂区域进行了网格试验,通过对危险点的应变数据和截面线的应变分布进行对比和分析,探讨了开裂产生的原因并提出了有针对性的建议。
Front door inner panel is a typical car cover, the parts of the complex structure and prone to stamping defects. In the process of stamping process, the inner panel of the front door of a vehicle in China appeared to crack in batches. The cracking of the part was analyzed by the grid strain measurement system. The grid test was conducted on the easy-cracking area in the stamping site. Data and cross-section of the strain distribution comparison and analysis to explore the causes of cracking and put forward some suggestions.
