目的:观察感觉神经端侧神经吻合口的轴突再生及生长情况,探索端侧吻合的可行性.方法:以兔耳大神经干端侧吻合模型,采用抗神经丝单克隆抗体免疫组化、葡萄糖氧化酶-DAB-硫酸镍铵加强染色法对端侧神经吻合口进行显微观察.结果:7只动物的切片中均可见相当数量的再生轴突通过端侧吻合口;其数量与吻合口质量有密切相关;再生轴突来自被吻合的正常耳大神经干,长入溃变移植神经段内,原溃变纤维痕迹消失.结论:表明感觉神经端侧吻合后有轴突再生的可行性.
OBJECTIVE: To observe the axonal regeneration and growth of the sensory nerve in the anastomosis of the lateral nerve and explore the feasibility of end-to-side anastomosis. Methods: The anterior-lateral nerve anastomosis was observed with immunohistochemistry of anti-neurofilament monoclonal antibody and glucose oxidase-DAB-nickel ammonium sulphate staining method. Results: A significant number of regenerated axons passed through the anastomosis of the anastomosis were found in the sections of 7 animals. The number of regenerated axons was closely related to the quality of the anastomotic stoma. Within the nerve segment, the original ulceration fiber disappeared. CONCLUSIONS: The feasibility of axonal regeneration following sensory nerve end-to-side anastomosis.
