全国油田在用的各种型号旋转驴头抽油机总数已超过500台,其中轻型机使用效果好,各项技术指标均达到设计要求。中型或重型机则出现前连杆断裂、前连杆轴承座损坏、前连杆轴承座联接螺栓疲劳破坏或被剪断、连接板四周焊缝被撕裂等现象。针对这些问题,提出中型或重型机结构改进设计的建议:1.将两副前连杆轴承座合二为一,采用双列调心滚子轴承,使其具有微调功能;2.在转轴与前连杆之间增设一前横梁,分别与前连杆用销轴联接,与转轴用轴架固定;3.前连杆轴承座的联接螺栓由原M24改为M30~M36,以提高其强度;4.前连杆轴承座的联接板由原设计厚度δ=12~16mm钢板改为δ=20~25mm钢板,以提高其刚度。

In response to these problems, proposed medium or heavy machine structure to improve the design recommendations: 1. The two front connecting rod bearing into one, with double row self-aligning roller bearings, it has fine-tuning features; 2. A front cross beam is added between the rotating shaft and the front connecting rod, respectively connected with a pin shaft of the front connecting rod and fixed with the shaft bracket of the rotating shaft; Connecting rod of front connecting rod bearing is changed from original M24 to M30 ~ M36 to improve its strength; 4. The connecting rod of the front connecting rod bearing seat is changed from original design thickness δ = 12 ~ 16mm steel plate to δ = 20 ~ 25mm steel plate to improve its rigidity.
